My guest this week, Seth Ferguson is an industry leader with a decade of high-performance real estate investing experience. Seth is also an author and published Sell For More in 2018. And if that isn’t enough to keep Seth busy, he is also a sought-after speaker, known for his ability to break down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand concepts, while having a good laugh along the way. His speaking abilities, coupled with his investing experience, led him to host Purchase to Profits where he interviews successful real estate investors like himself.

Due to the expanse of knowledge that Seth has obtained through his business and his podcast, he is well versed on every investing topic, so we cover a lot of ground on today’s episode.
