Success in real estate investing can be found by drilling down your audience — and not enlarging it too soon (Forbes Real Estate Council).
In this week’s #INVESTTHIS episode 12, we welcome Allison Kirschbaum, who is a proponent of niche marketing with good cash flow for the long term, because the larger equity funds are not going after these profitable investments.
Allison started her entrepreneurial journey at 9, and At 22 she raised money from a private investor (not a friend or family member) and bought her first rental property. Allison morphed her initial investment into real estate private equity funds and created a proprietary system of attracting investors. Today at 25, Allison is running on all cylinders, with companies that specialize in private equity, real estate investing, private equity marketing services, self-storage investing, coaching/training and on top of all that, she is also a speaker and an author.
Scott sits down with the multi-talented Allison to discuss the right way to raise money and start a fund, what her favorite private equity fund is (check out the podcast to find out which one) and why she believes it is the best. Scott and Allison also discuss her established way to attract investors, how to choose your real estate niche, real estate marketing through social media, and how and why you should work with multiple funds at once.
