The best decision I have made in a very long time was hiring a virtual assistant. I understand better than most that it’s hard for entrepreneurs to let go of the reigns and the money. But after you listen to this episode, you might just change your mind.

My virtual assistant, Natalie Webster has made a definite impact on my bottom line. She started her entrepreneurial journey as a property manager which led to her becoming a real estate agent. But with four children, she needed more of a work/life balance and took up helping entrepreneurs with their businesses. Lucky for me, she dedicated herself to working solely for me.

In this week’s episode, Natalie and I discuss that assistants are not just for making plane reservations, as they can do so much more if you let them. Natalie also gives tips on what to look for in an assistant, and how they can help grow your business. We also talk about how to instill loyalty and dedication from anyone that works for you.
