Jamil Damji is also known to some as the Godfather of Wholesaling. He broke into real estate shortly after moving from Los Angeles where he was a comedian. In 2009 he lost everything, but instead of focusing on the negative, he bonded with family and made the best of what he had left. Fast forward to today, and Jamil, Founder of Key Glee and his team are executing 80-85 wholesale deals a month! He has 30+ employees, is in 7 markets and is aggressively expanding into more markets this year, which he details in this episode.
