Continuous learning enabled Reed Goossens to achieve a $40MM portfolio of multi-family real estate.
Reed Goossens, formerly a civil/structural engineer from Australia, bought the book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” and never looked back. Starting in real estate investing in 2011 and purchasing his first duplex for $38K, put him on his path to starting RSN Property Group, a multi-family syndication investing firm, which has been involved in the acquisition of over $100MM worth of real estate. He has a podcast “Investing in the US ” and lives by the rule “never say die.”
In this podcast, I sit down with the humorous Reed to delve into what it takes to move from another country and start investing in the US. We also talk about how he developed his personal brand, his technique for successful project management, why a social pitch is important and how to build a recession-proof business.
Listen in for the laughs, stay for all the great information!
